Judgment
Hon’ble Mr. A.K. Bishnoi :
This O.A. is filed challenging the proceedings dated 28.07.2020. The applicant contends that the seniority which was already finalized, is sought to be reopened.
We heard Mrs. Rani Chhabra, learned counsel for applicant and Ms. Esha Mazumdar, learned counsel for respondent No.1.
The applicant is under the impression that the impugned order is a final seniority list, by itself. However, it is seen that a provisional seniority list has been circulated. The applicants can submit their representations against the said provisional seniority list, if they did not do it already.
In view of this, the O.A. is disposed of at the admission stage itself, with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the applicants and to pass appropriate orders and issue a final seniority list, if not already issued; within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Pending MA also stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
