Judgment
Adv. Abhishek Nagar, Proxy Counsel for main Counsel Adv. Vishvendra Verma appeared for the Complainants.

Complainants have not filed rejoinder. Ld. Counsel for the Complainant seeks some more time for filing rejoinder.
The Complainant may file rejoinder by 25.02.2025 with copy served on the Respondents.
It is further noted that vide order dated 19.02.2024, the Complainant was directed to amend the complaint and add name of the co-allottee Ms. Amrita Chakrabarti as the co-complainant in the array of Complainants.
It is further noted that Adv. Poonam Verma, Proxy Counsel appeared on next date of hearing on 18.03.2024 and stated that necessary amendments have been made in the complaint.
Accordingly, notices were issued to the Respondents and case was proceeded with.
However, the office has brought to notice of the Authority that compliance of Order dated 19.02.2024 of the Authority has not yet been made by the Complainant, the complaint has not yet been amended and name of co-allottee has not yet been added in the array of Complainant.
Complainant is, therefore, directed to amend the complaint before next date of hearing for which office may provide him edit mode.
