Judgment
Adv. Shivam Sehgal, Proxy Counsel appeared for the Complainant.
It is observed that necessary amendments have not been made.
Last time Adv. Riya Kumari had given an alternative e-mail.
However, IT Department has informed that the said e-mail has already been updated for complaint no. Com/18/06/2024 and therefore, the same alternative e-mail id given by Advocate for this case cannot be used for amendment.
Adv. Shivam Sehgal, Proxy Counsel for the main Counsel Adv. Raghav Sharma states that father of the main Counsel has expired and Adv. Riya Kumari has left the firm and therefore, necessary amendments could not be made.
It is seen that this case has been heard on three dates viz 12.08.2024, 09.09.2024 and 28.10.2024 and on all three dates Complainant was advised to amend the complaint.
On last date of hearing, last opportunity was granted to the Complainant to amend the complaint but the same has not been done till date.
Adv. Shivam Sehgal, Proxy Counsel request for two days’ time to make necessary amendments.
Complainant may submit alternative e-mail Id within seven days from today and amend the complaint within 21 days thereafter, failing which the complaint will liable to be dismissed without further notice. Office may provide edit mode to the Complainant.
