Judgment
Both cases are clubbed together being of similar nature and against the same Respondents.
Adv. Mohd. Faris along with Adv. Aman Kumar appeared on behalf of the Complainants.
Adv. Rajeev Kumar appeared on behalf of the Respondents.
The notice of the complaints was sent to M/s Antriksh Engicon Pvt. Ltd. on the basis of the amendments made in Form “M” by the Complainants. However, it is noted that M/s Antrix was to be made Respondents and not M/s Antriksh Engicon Pvt. Ltd.
Adv. Rajeev Kumar, Ld. Counsel for the Respondents has appeared for M/s Antriksh Engicon Pvt. Ltd. and not for M/s Antrix.
Ld. Counsel for the Complainants is directed to make amendments in Form “M” and make M/s Antrix as the Respondents in this case. The office shall provide an edit mode to the Complainants again for necessary amendments in Form M. The Complainants may also file a hard copy of the complaints with proper Memo of Appearance.
Notice of the complaints be sent to the Respondents M/s Antrix.
Respondents shall file their reply by 29.02.2024 with copies served on the Complainants.
Complainants may file rejoinder, if any, by 15.03.2024 with copies served on the Respondents.
