ORDER
Counsel for the Petitioner present. No representation on behalf of Respondent. Petitioner's counsel stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and to that effect, she filed joint memo of settlement signed by both sides. She further prayed leave of this Tribunal for withdrawal of this petition. Memo is taken on record which forms part of the order. Permission is granted for withdrawing this petition. Hence, in view of the memo, this petition bearing CP (IB) No.406/9/HDB/2019 is closed as withdrawn vide separate order.
