O R D E R
Learned counsel for operation creditor present and stated that they had filed a withdrawal memo though it is not specifically stated in the memo that the operational creditor is withdrawing the present company petition, the intention of the parties is to withdraw.in view of the settlement memo and therefore the Tribunal may treat the memo as a memo of withdrawal and dispose of the matter as withdrawn.
In the light of these submission of the memo in Dairy No 2024 dated 28.02.2024 the company petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, without costs.
