ORDER
Learned Counsel for Petitioner Ms. Usha Balasubramanian and Learned Counsel for Respondent Mr. Dwarakesh Prabhakaran are present through video conferencing platform.
It is brought to the notice of this Tribunal that parties have filed joint memorandum of compromise on 26.02.2021 in relation to the settlement arrived at between the parties and hence Learned Counsel for Petitioner seeks to withdraw the Petition.
Taking into consideration the joint memorandum of compromise dated 26.02.2021 as well as representation of Counsel for the parties and also in view of Rule 8 of I&B (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016, this Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
