ORDER
Ms. Arushi N.Hegde, Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and represents that the matter has been settled as between the parties and upon instruction she seeks to withdraw this Petition. To this effect the Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner has filed a Memo enclosing the Deed of Settlement which has been entered into between the parties dated 12.03.2020.
Taking into consideration the said Memo dated 12.03.2020 as well as the representation made by the Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner and the Ld. Counsel for the Corporate Debtor as well as Rule 8 of I&B (AAA), Rules, 2016, this Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. File to records.
