ORDER
Ld. AR for the Petitioner as well as Ld. Counsel for the Corporate Debtor are present. It is represented by the Ld. AR for the Petitioner that a Memo filed seeking for withdrawal of this Petition in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties dated 26.12.2019.
Taking into consideration the said representation as well as Rule 8 of I&B (AAA), Rules, 2016, this Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
