ORDER
Learned AR for the Petitioner and Counsel for the Respondent are present and represented that a memo of settlement has been executed by both the parties. Learned AR for the Petitioner represents that in terms of the joint memo of settlement which has been filed on 23.12.2019 before the Registry of this Tribunal, this petition may be permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty be given to approach this Tribunal in case of non-adherence to the terms and conditions of the joint memo of settlement on the part of the Corporate Debtor. Taking into consideration the said representation as well as Rule 8 of I&B (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016, this Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty given to the Petitioner to file a fresh Petition in case the joint memo of settlement is not adhered to by the Corporate Debtor in relation to the balance payment, if any.
