Hon’ble Mr. B. Anand, Member (A):

1.

Learned counsel for the respondents, referring to the sanction order dated 14.05.2026 as well as the payment details, submits that the directions of this Tribunal have been fully complied with.

2.

Learned counsel for the applicants, however, submits that two of the applicants are yet to receive their full benefits. He further submits that, in a similar matter, the Coordinate Bench of this Tribunal, Court No. 2, in CP No. 737/2025 in OA No. 2527/2022, has granted liberty that “in case of default, the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach this Tribunal by way of an MA within a period of four weeks.” He submits that he would be satisfied if a similar order is passed in the present CP as well.

3.

Accordingly, the present CP is closed with liberty to the applicants to revive the same in the event the directions of this Tribunal are not fully complied with within a period of four weeks. The notices are discharged.
