Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J)

Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the issue involved in both the captioned matters is identical and, accordingly, both can be heard and disposed of by a common order. Accordingly, the matters have been heard together.

2.

It is an admitted case of the parties that, in compliance with the directions of the Tribunal in the captioned OAs, the respondents were liable to disburse the arrears to all the petitioners, i.e. 176 in number. It is also undisputed that the admissible arrears have been paid to 143 petitioners, whereas 33 petitioners are yet to be paid their admissible arrears in compliance with the directions of the Tribunal.

3.

Ms. Bansal, learned counsel for the respondents in CP No. 737/2025, has submitted an affidavit dated 31.08.2026 stated to be a compliance affidavit and the same is taken on record.

4.

Learned counsels appearing for the respondents, under instructions, submits that the respondents have already initiated action for making the payments to the remaining 33 petitioners as well. They seek further four weeks' time, as a last opportunity, to ensure that the directions of the Tribunal are complied with in respect of all the remaining 33 petitioners as well by disbursing their admissible dues in compliance with the directions of the Tribunal.

5.

In the facts and circumstances, keeping in view the statement made by the respondents through their learned counsels, as recorded hereinabove, the present CPs are closed and notices are discharged.

6.

However, it is made clear that, in case of default, the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach this Tribunal by way of an MA, even under the signature of their counsel(s).
