Judgment
ORDER
By Hon’ble Mr. Justice Om Prakash VII, Member (J)
Heard Shri Bal Mukund Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Shri Rajni Kant Rai, learned counsel for the respondents.
Shri Rajni Kant Rai, learned counsel for the respondents states that the direction given in the O.A. has been fully complied with and the applicant has been permitted to join the duty and he has also actually joined. Thus, he prayed that the proceedings in the present Contempt Petition may be closed and notices be discharged.
Learned counsel for the petitioner also agreed with learned counsel for the respondents and stated the same fact.
In view of the above submissions, proceedings of the present Contempt Petition are closed and the notices stand discharged.
All the associated M.A.s also stand disposed of.
