O R D E R
By Hon’ble Mr. Justice Om Prakash VII, Member (Judicial)
Shri Shyamal Narain, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri M.K. Sharma holding brief of Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for the respondent are present.
Referring to para 5 and 6 of the compliance affidavit as well as promotion order, learned counsel for the respondent states that DPC has been held and direction given in the order passed by this Tribunal has been complied with. Thus, the proceedings of the contempt may be closed and notices issued to the respondents may also be discharged.
Learned counsel for the petitioners did not dispute this fact.
Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged.
All associated MAs also stand disposed of.
