HON’BLE SHRI R.N. SINGH, MEMBER (J):

The present Original Application has been filed by the applicants seeking the following reliefs:-

“(A)

Direct the respondents to decide the representation dated 21.12.2020, 08.03.2019 according to order dated 26.11.2018.

(B)

To grant benefits in Pay Scale 4500-125-7000/- w.e.f. 01.01.1996 along with arrears and consequential benefits.

OR

To pass such other and further orders which their lordship of this Hon’ble Tribunal deem fit and proper in the existing facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the applicants argues that the applicants have preferred representations dated 14.01.2019, 08.03.2019 and 21.12.2020. However, the same are lying pending consideration of the respondents in spite of lapse of more than a year.

Issue notice. Shri Amit Yadav, proxy counsel appearing for Ms Esha Mazumdar, who appears on advance service, accepts notice.

In view the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim of the applicants, the present OA is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the applicants’ aforesaid representations in accordance with relevant rules and instructions on the subject and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 12 weeks of receipt of copy of this Order.

The present OA is disposed of in above terms.

Pending MA also stands disposed of accordingly.
