Judgment
Battu Devanand, J
1) This writ petition has been filed against inaction of the Respondents in considering the petitioner’s representation, dated 12.10.2020 to renew the petitioner’s Saw Mill licese in spite of lapse of more than 2 years as illegal, arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the Respondents to take steps to renew the petitioner’s license.
2) Head Sri T. Janardhan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Forest appearing for the Respondents.
3) During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader placed a copy of the proceedings issued by the 4th Respondent, dated 13.04.2022 and submitted that the Saw Mill license of the petitioner is renewed after receipt of the payment of renewal fees from the petitioner.
4) On careful perusal of the proceedings issued by the 4th Respondent, dated 13.04.2022, the 4th Respondent has renewed the license of the petitioner.
5) In view of the above, in our considered view, further adjudication is not required in this writ petition.
6) Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of placing the proceedings, dated 13.04.2022 issued by the 4th Respondent on record.
7) There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
