1) This writ petition has been filed against the inaction of the Respondents in considering the petitioner’s representations, dated 22.10.2019 and 12.10.2020 for renewing the petitioner’s license in spite of lapse of more than 2 years is illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to take steps to renew the petitioner’s licence for his Saw Mills situated in Garnamittavaripalle Village, Rompicherla Mandal, Chittor District, forthwith.

2) Heard Sri T. Janardhan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Forest appearing for the Respondents.

3) During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader placed a copy of the proceedings issued by the 4th Respondent, dated 27.04.2022 and submitted that the Saw Mill license of the petitioner is renewed after receipt of the payment of renewal fee from the petitioner.

4) On careful perusal of the proceedings issued by the 4th Respondent, dated 27.04.2022, the 4th Respondent has renewed the license of the petitioner.

5) In view of the above, in our considered view, further adjudication is not required in this writ petition.

6) Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of placing the proceedings, dated 27.04.2022 issued by the 4th Respondent on record.

7) There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
