Judgment
ORDER
The Learned Representative for Respondent present. None for Petitioner.
In other identical cases following observations were made as under :-
“ Since the Insolvency Order dated 18.05.2018 in CP (IB)-1387(MB)/2017 in respect of this Corporate Debtor is not to revive by the Order of the NCLAT, on Withdrawal Appeal by the Respondent Debtor, it is now directed to the present Petitioner to lodge its claim before the appointed IRP viz. Mr. Anish Niranjan Nanavaty, having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00272/2017-18/10830 having address : 2A/208, Raheja Clasique, New Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai-400 053, Maharashtra email : anish.nanavaty.irp@gmail.com. ”
This claim shall be dealt with in accordance with the Insolvency Provisions. This Petition has, therefore, become redundant.
Accordingly, C.P.(IB)-3216-(MB)/2018 is disposed of as Redundant on the same lines. To be consigned to records.
