ORDER
The CIR process in this case has already been initiated against the Corporate Debtor in IB No. in IB-814/2019 in the matter of M/s. Om Logistics Ltd. V/s. M/s. NTL Electronic (India) Ltd.
In view of the same, this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner may file their claim before the IRP so appointed. If for reasons whatsoever the aforesaid CIR is terminated, the petitioner would be at liberty to seek restoration of the present petition.
Petition stands disposed off in terms of the above.
