Ld. Counsel for the parties are present through video conferencing mode.
Since the Registry brings to the notice of this Tribunal that vide Order dated 24.02.2021 in IBA/938/2019, the Corporate Debtor is under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and one Mr Asokan Nagarajan, whose Registration Number is IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P01403/2018-2019/12160 and the E-mail Id is [email protected] has been appointed as the IRP.
In the Circumstances the Petitioner is directed to file the claim before the said IRP and the IRP to consider the same, if it is in accordance with law. In case, if the Order passed in IBA/938/2019 is set aside by any of the Appellate Authority, the same can be, ie., the Petitioner can mention the Petition before this Tribunal. With the above directions, this Petition stands closed.
