ORDER
Learned Counsel for Applicant Mr. Ashwin is present through video conferencing platform.
It is brought to the notice of this Tribunal by Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that as against the Corporate Debtor, the CIRP has already been initiated on 24.02.2021 in IBA/938/2019. In the circumstances let the Petitioner file the claim before the IRP viz., Mr. Asokan Nagarajan, IBBI/IPA-001/IP-PO1403/2018-2019/12160 appointed by this Tribunal vide above said order and the IRP shall take into consideration the claim in accordance with Law. In case the order passed by this Tribunal dated 24.02.2021 is set aside by any of the Appellate authorities, liberty is given to the Petitioner to bring it to the notice of this Tribunal.
With the above direction, this Petition stands closed.
