CMP-T No.1662 of 2020
This application has been filed on behalf of proposed respondent No.6-Shimla Jal Prabandhan Nigam Limited (SJPNL) for its impleadment on the
ground that now a separate entity has been constituted and entire area with the assests and liabilities and the management of the organization has been
vested with SJPNL and now Municipal Corporation, Shimla, has no role to play in the matter as SJPNL has taken over the complete establishment of
water and sewerage system, which was earlier with the Municipal Corporation, Shimla and now respondent No.3 is working under the applicant-
SJPNL.
No reply is intended to be filed, rather no objection has been communicated on behalf of non-applicant/petitioner as well as respondents-State, for
allowing the application.
Considering entire facts and circumstances, application is allowed and SJPNL is permitted to be arrayed as respondent No.6. Application stands
disposed of.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a comprehensive writ
petition on the same cause of action. Prayer is not opposed.
In view of above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
