Shri Rajesh Kumar Mall, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, and Shri Rajeev Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdrawn this original application and he wants to file a self contained original application raising all his contentions. He is allowed to do so with liberty to file a fresh original application.
