I have joined this Single Bench online through Video Conferencing.

Shri Prem Shankar Kushwaha, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Bablu Singh, learned counsel for the official respondents are present.

After arguing for sometime learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the original application and file a fresh original application with better particulars. Prayer allowed.

Accordingly, the original application is dismissed as withdrawn. The applicant shall be at liberty to file a fresh original application with better particulars. No Costs.
