The grievances made in the present application filed by Mr. Rahul Pal resident of Village Panchayat Jadopur, Dhaulana Block, District Hapur are that Hot Mix plant is being run in village Jadopur in District Hapur which is having population of about 5000 persons in violation of environmental norms causing pollution damaging the crops and posing serious health hazards to the local residents.

In view of the averments made in the application, we consider it appropriate to constitute Joint Committee comprising of State PCB and District Magistrate, Hapur to verify the factual position and take appropriate remedial action on the basis thereof. State PCB will be the Nodal agency for coordination and compliance. The Joint Committee may meet within four weeks, undertake site visits, look into the grievances of the applicant and take requisite action by following due process of law. Factual and action taken report may be furnished within two months by e-mail at judicial-ngt@gov.in  preferably in the form of searchable PDF/OCR Support PDF and not in the form of Image PDF.

The application is disposed of accordingly with these directions for strict compliance.

A copy of this order, along with a copy of the complaint, be forwarded to the State PCB and District Magistrate, Hapur by e-mail for compliance.
