Learned Counsel Mr.B.Nitish for the Applicant present physically.
This application is filed by the Applicant/Punjab National Bank seeking replacement of the present Liquidator, Mr. Vijay Kumar Garg, by appointing Mr. Amit Chandrashekar Poddar as the new Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that this Tribunal has the jurisdiction to appoint a Liquidator on pan-India basis. However, the name of the Liquidator Mr. Amit Chandrashekar Poddar does not appear in the panel/list of Insolvency Professionals allocated to NCLT, Hyderabad Bench-I. As such, this Bench is not inclined to appoint the Liquidator suggested by the Applicant.
In view of the above, this Adjudicating Authority hereby appoints Mr. Kallat Vatsa Kumar having IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00922/2019-2020/12980 e-mail: [email protected], Mobile No.9061640003 to act as Liquidator in the instant matter as his name appears on the current database of IBBI.
Accordingly, the application is disposed of.

This is an application filed by the Liquidator to take on record the 16th progress report for the Quarter ended on 30.06.2025.
The same is taken on record subject to all just exceptions.
Accordingly, this application is allowed and disposed off.
