Judgment
This application has been filed by RBL Bank Limited for replacement of present liquidator by Mr. Vivek Satyaprakash Jalan [I.P. No.- IBBI/IPA- 002/IP-N01295/2024-2025/14452] as the Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor.
It is submitted that the SCC meeting held on 11.07.2025, by more than 66%, have resolved to replace the liquidator.
The written consent dated 14.06.2025 is annexed to the application and his AFA is valid upto 31.12.2025 and no disciplinary proceedings is pending against him.
The fee of the liquidator is as per the IBBI Liquidation Regulations.
Accordingly, we hereby appoint Mr. Vivek Satyaprakash Jalan, having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N01295/2024-2025/14452 as the liquidator of the corporate debtor.
Accordingly, I.A. is allowed and stands disposed of.
