This application has been filed by Bank of Maharashtra which is one of the constituents of the SCC for replacing the existing Liquidator, Mr. Harshad Deshpande with Mr. Anil Kashi Drolia having IBBI registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P02327/2020-21/13482. It is submitted that the first SCC meeting held on 17.10.2023 has unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Anil Kashi Drolia as the Liquidator of Corporate Debtor by the SCC. Applicant also annexed the consent from along with certificate of registration and authorization for assignment from Mr. Anil Kashi Drolia to act as a Liquidator. Upon considering the above submission and examining the Minutes of SCC meeting, we appoint Mr. Anil Kashi Drolia as a liquidator in place of Mr. Harshad Deshpande. I.A. 5052/2023 is allowed and disposed of.
