Judgment
ORDER
The present Application has been filed by the Liquidator seeking replacement of the existing Liquidator, Ms. Namrata Amol Randeri, who has since resigned from the post of Liquidator.
It is submitted that the Stakeholders’ Consultation Committee (SCC), in its meeting, has approved the resolution recommending the appointment of another Insolvency Professional, as reflected at page 63 of the Application. The SCC has recommended the appointment of Mr. Pankaj Bhattad, Insolvency Professional bearing Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-02841/2023-2024/14362, as the replacement Liquidator.
In view of the recommendation of the SCC and the resignation of the present Liquidator, we hereby replace the existing Liquidator with Mr. Pankaj Bhattad.
Accordingly, IA No. 1196/2026 is allowed and disposed of.
