IA/1982/2026: -
This Application has been filed by the Liquidator seeking order for replacement of Mr. Prashant Jain having IP Regn. No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P01368/2018-2019/12131, being the current Liquidator of Madhur Nourishments Products LLP, with Solvenza Advisory LLP (through its Authorized Representative) having IP Regn. No.- IBBI/IPE-0144/IPA-1/2022-23/ 50008), as the new Liquidator of Madhur Nourishments Products LLP.
Perused the minutes of 18th SCC meeting held on 24.03.2026, it is seen that in Agenda item No. 5, the SCC discussed about the appointment of M/s. Solvenza Advisory LLP as the new Liquidator in place of the erstwhile Liquidator Mr. Prashant Jain.
The SCC consists inter alia of Canara Bank holding 98.08% voting share in the SCC. The said Canara Bank has vide E-Mail dated 09.04.2026 approved the appointment of M/s. Solvenza Advisory LLP as the Liquidator in place of Mr. Prashant Jain. The said E-Mail is annexed to the Application.
Accordingly, we are inclined to grant the prayer as sought for. The IA is allowed and stands disposed of.
