Taking into consideration the said submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the Applicant as well as the averments contained in the Application, this Adjudicating Authority is inclined to allow the present application i.e. IA/497/ND/2025, consequently, Mr. Chetan Gupta, Liquidator is hereby replaced with ARCK Resolution Professionals LLP, through Mr. Anil Kohli, Designated Partner (Registration No. IBBI/IPE-0030/IPA-1/2022- 23/S0013) as the Liquidator for Ekdant Buildtech Pvt. Ltd.” Accordingly, IA/2552/ND/2025 is allowed and disposed of.

This Application has been filed by the Liquidator under Section 60(5) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016, seeking following prayers:-

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by the Liquidator and prayer made in the Application, this Tribunal is inclined to extend the liquidation period for six months (180 days) from 01.04.2025 to 30.09.2025 to complete the liquidation process. Liquidator is directed to complete the liquidation process within the extended period. Accordingly, IA/1698/ND/2025 is allowed and disposed of.
