This application is filed by Applicant to discharge the present Liquidator of Corporate Debtor Mr. Danu Indu Shekar and appoint Mr. Krishna Komaravolu as the Liquidator as recommended by the SCC at 10th SCC Meeting dated 02.07.2025 as per Regulation 31 A(11) of IBBI Liquidation Process Regulations.
The application is allowed and Mr. Danu Indu Shekar is hereby discharged from his duties.
As per the appointment of new liquidator, the name proposed by the Applicant is not given in the panel of IBBI i.e from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
As such this Tribunal hereby appoints Mr. G.Venkata Subba Rao, as new Liquidator for Corporate Debtor having Registration Number IBBI/IPA-003/ICAI-N-00358/2021-2022/13753, e-mail: [email protected], Mobile No. 8019062958 in place of Mr. Danu Indu Shekar.
Accordingly, this application is allowed and disposed off.
