P.Madhavan, Judicial Member This Original Application has been filed by the applicants seeking the following reliefs:
"a)To quash Annexure A1.
b)To direct the Respondents to retain the Applicant as postal Assistant at Thodupuzha HO.
c)Grant such other reliefs as may be prayed for and as the Court may deem fit to grant, and
d)Grant the cost of this Original Application.''

When the matter came up for consideration, Adv.Mr.V Sajithkumar, learned counsel for the applicant is present and submits that the matter has already become infructuous and he does not want to continue this matter. Hence the O.A is closed as infructuous. No costs.
