Judgment
P.Madhavan, Judicial Member This Original Application has been filed by the applicants seeking the following reliefs:
"i)Call for the records leading to the issue of Annexure A5 and quash the same as far as the applicant is concerned.
ii) Direct the respondents to dispose of the Annexure A1 and A2 representations taking into account of Annexure A3 and A4 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Tribunal.
iii) Grant such other further relief's a this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem just, fit and proper in the facts and circumstance of the case.''
When the matter came up for consideration, Adv.Mr.P Santhoshkumar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already joined the new place of posting and O.A. has become infructuous. Hence the O.A is closed as infructuous. No costs.
