Judgment
ORDER: (per the Hon’ble Sri Justice P.Sam Koshy)
Heard Sri T. Krishna Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-III appearing for the respondents. Perused the record.
When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the applicant submits that subsequent to the filing of the Contempt Case, the respondents/contemnors have passed an order whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.
In view of the same, the Contempt Case stands closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt case. However, the right of the petitioner is reserved to challenge the subsequent order passed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
