Judgment
ORDER
By Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Vijay Lakshmi, Member (Judicial) Non one is present on behalf of the petitioners even in the revised call. Shri Atul Kumar Shahi, learned counsel for the respondents is present.
Heard and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the order in respect of which this contempt proceeding is pending, has been substantially complied by the respondents and he has filed a compliance affidavit on 03.06.2019. No objection against the compliance affidavit has been filed by the petitioners till today, instead the petitioner has filed a substitution application in the contempt petition which is not maintainable.
Today, no one is present on behalf of the petitioners to press the Substitution Application filed in this contempt petition. The compliance affidavit has been filed long back by the respondents and no objection has been filed till today against it by the petitioner. In the compliance affidavit it has been clearly stated that order has been complied on 04.07.2019 and the petitioners have been informed about the same immediately thereafter vide letter dated 11.07.2019.
In view of the above, the instant contempt proceedings are liable to be closed and are closed. The notice issued to the respondents, stands discharged.
All the MAs pending in this contempt petition are disposed of as having being infructuous.
