Case is taken up in revised call. Shri Raghvendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondents is present.

Office report dated 11.12.2023 reveals that notice sent to the applicant on 09.05.2023 is not returned back. After notice more than one month has elapsed. Thus, service upon the applicant is deemed sufficient. Neither the applicant has presented himself nor he has engaged any counsel to represent the case.

Accordingly, O.A. is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. All associated MAs stands disposed of. No costs.
