Judgment
In this original application the complain of the applicant is that violators namely Iqbal Iqbal and Rana Tabassum resident of B 2 Extention/3, Second Floor, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi -110029 are causing environmental damage and using potable water for washing the personal car & bike and wasting water by overflowing overhead tanks for long durations since 2021. The applicant has enclosed certain photographs along with complaint in the form of a letter petition.
The O.A. does not reflect that the applicant has filed any complaint to the competent authority i.e. Member Secretary, DPCC for violation of environmental norms by the said persons.
Hence, we dispose of the O.A. permitting the applicant to approach the Member Secretary, DPCC by filing a proper complaint along with relevant material. If such a complaint is filed by the applicant we expect that Member Secretary, DPCC will duly consider the said complaint in accordance with law and will take appropriate remedial action.
O.A. is accordingly disposed of.
