Application is registered based on a complaint received by Email
ORDER
The grievances made in the present application filed by Mr. Munish Kalia resident of Kapoor Car Wash E-118A, E-Pocket main Road Near Hansraj School, Dilshad Garden are that car wash and repair workshop is being illegally run in the above said residential area of Dilshad Garden by using fresh water of Delhi Jal Board. Complaint has been made to concerned JE but no action has been taken.
In view of the grievance made in the letter petition, we are of the view that the factual position needs to be verified and remedial action is required to be taken on the basis thereof. We accordingly constitute Joint Committee of DPCC and Deputy Commissioner, Shahdara and direct the same to verify the factual position, look into the grievances of the applicant and take remedial action in accordance with law by following due process within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Factual and action taken report may be furnished within two months by e-mail at [email protected] preferably in the form of searchable PDF/OCR Support PDF and not in the form of Image PDF, before the Ld. Registrar General, National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi who may, if necessary, put up the matter before the Bench for further directions.
The application is disposed of with the above said directions.
A copy of this order, along with a copy of the complaint, be forwarded to the DPCC and Deputy Commissioner, Shahdara by e-mail for compliance.
