Judgment

Heard the parties.
This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for issue of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to dispose of the application dated 11.06.2020 and 04.08.2020 filed by the petitioners for issuance of Land Possession Certificate (L.P.C.) for registration and selling of their acquired land.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that in view of the counter-affidavit filed by the respondents in this Writ Petition, the petitioners intend to supplement their application with certain additional documents also. Hence, the respondents be directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within the time to be stipulated by this Court.
Learned counsel for the State has no serious objection.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh application along with the documents in the matter of the applications dated 11.06.2020 and 04.08.2020 to the respondent No.2 within four weeks and in case such representation is filed, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the same in accordance with law by a speaking order within eight weeks from the date of presentation of such representation.
This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
