Heard the parties.
Though this Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with several prayers but the petitioner, abandons the original prayers made in the writ petition and modifies his prayer and submits that the respondent No.1 be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this writ petition; this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1- Deputy Commissioner, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur to consider the representation of the petitioner, copy of which has been kept at Annexure-2 of this Writ Petition, in accordance with law and to dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
