Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for appropriate direction to State authorities to consider the representation dated 01.06.2023 submitted by the petitioner before Deputy Commissioner, East Singhbum at Jamshedpur (respondent no.2).
It is submitted by learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that the petitioner claims right over the land measuring an area 1.29 acre appertaining to Plot No.922 and area 39 decimal of Plot No.923, both under Khata No.391 in Mauza Gopalpur within Jadugoda Police Station by virtue of settlement made by Bhoodan Yagya Committee in favour of his father.
It is submitted that the said representation has not been disposed of by the competent authority and hence, this writ petition.
The respondent no.2- Deputy Commissioner, East Singhbum at Jamshedpur is directed to dispose of the representation preferably within four months from the date of receipt of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of.
