Judgment
It is represented by Learned Counsel Ms. Gurmeet Bindra for Applicant in I.A No. 974 of 2021 that an impleadment was sought for in respect of HDFC/ Bank through e-filing and that only after filing the Physical Copy for the said I.A, number was assigned by the Registry.
The 'Office of the Registry' is directed to put up the I.A No. 974 of 2021 (Impleadment Application) filed by the Learned Counsel for the Applicant/HDFC and to put up the same along with the instant Appeal on the next date of hearing.
Before the next date of hearing, the Learned Counsel Ms. Gurmeet Bindra for the Applicant in I.A No. 974 of 2021 filed by HDFC/ Bank is required to serve the copy of the said Application not only through e-filing (if not done earlier), but also through Hard Copy and the copy of the same shall be exchanged between the Learned Counsel(s), well in advance before the next date of hearing.
After receipt of the copy of I.A No. 974 of 2021 from the Learned Counsel for the Applicant/ HDFC, it is open to the Learned Counsel for the Respondents therein to file their 'Replies'/ 'Responses' before the 'Office of the Registry' (not only through e-filing but also through Hardcopy) and the copy of the same shall be exchanged between them, well in advance, before the next date of hearing.
Liberty is granted to the respective Learned Counsel appearing for the parties to file their 'Notes of Submissions', containing not more than three to five pages, together with 'Citations', if any, which they rely upon, before the 'Office of the Registry' (not only through e-filing but also through Hardcopy) and the copy of the same shall be exchanged between, well in advance, before the next date of hearing.
Liberty is also granted to the Learned Counsel for the Applicant (in I.A No.974 of 2021) to file 'Notes of Submissions', containing not more than two pages, together with 'Citations', if any, which they rely upon, before the 'Office of the Registry' (not only through e-filing but also through Hardcopy) and the copy of the same shall be exchanged between, well in advance, before the next date of hearing.
The 'Office of the Registry' is directed to List the matter on 22.11.2021.
