Judgment
At request of Learned Counsel for the Respondent Ms. Shubhi Sharma to file Reply of the Respondent before the Office of the Registry on or before 08.02.2022 not only through e-filing but also through the hard copy and the copy of the same shall be exchanged between them well in advance.
Before the next date of hearing, the Learned Counsel for the Respondent one week before the date fixed for the hearing of the Appeal, is to serve the copy of the Reply to the Learned Counsel for the Appellant not only through e-filing but also through the hard copy. And soon after the receipt of the Reply of the Respondent, it is open to the Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant to file Rejoinder, if any within four days thereafter before the Office of the Registry not only through e-filing but also through the hard copy and the copy of the same shall be exchanged between them.
Before the next of hearing, the Learned Counsels appearing for the respective parties are required to file the 'Notes of Submissions' containing not more than three to five pages together with the relevant Citations before the Office of the Registry not only through e-filing but also through the hard copy and the copy of the same shall be exchanged between them well in advance.
The Registry is directed to list the matter on 08th February, 2022.
