Judgment
Today when the case was called out Learned Counsel for the Appellant and Respondents are present.
From the perusal of the Order dated 13.09.2021, Respondent No. 1 and 2 were directed to file Hard Copy of Reply Affidavit. Hard Copy of Reply Affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and is taken on record.
No Reply Affidavit has been filed on behalf of Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 2-'Samay Electronics Pvt. Ltd. through IRP, Chandra Prakash Jain'. He is directed to file Status Report of the CIRP Proceedings in a sealed cover within two weeks. Registry is directed to accept it.
Further, on 13.09.2021 Learned Counsel for Appellant was directed to file Rejoinder within one week after filing of the Reply by Respondent No. 1 and 2.
Respondent No. 1 is directed to serve copy of the Reply Affidavit to Respondent No. 2 through email latest by Friday i.e. on 12.11.2021. Counsel for Respondent No. 2 is directed to share his email address in the Chat Box on the course of the day.
Further, an Interlocutory Application No. 2481 of 2021 has been filed on behalf of Respondent No. 1 condoning the delay as Reply Affidavit has been filed. Interlocutory Application stands allowed and delay finding is condoned.
Further, Learned Counsel for the Appellant has prayed time to file Rejoinder. Prayer allowed. He is directed to file the Hard Copy of Rejoinder within two weeks. Registry is directed to accept the same.
