Learned Counsel for the Appellant and Respondents are present.
From the perusal of the Order dated 10.08.2021 it appears that Learned Counsel for the Parties were directed to file Hard Copy of the Written Submissions not exceeding three pages along with the relevant case laws.
Further, the matter was directed to be listed on 10.09.2021. But the Bench was not available on that date so these matters are listed today under the heading 'For Directions' for settling the date.
In Company Appeal (AT) No. 69 & 73 of 2021 Rejoinder has been filed on behalf of the Learned Counsel for the Appellant, which is taken on record.
