Learned Counsel for the Appellant and Respondents are present.
Learned Counsel Mr. I.P.S. Oberoi appears on behalf of the Respondent No. 2/ Resolution Professional submits that they have filed the Status Report yesterday only i.e. on 30.09.2021. But, as per COVID-19 protocols of this Tribunal all documents which has been filed as a hard copy that has to be compulsorily sanitized for 48 hours. Office of the Registry is directed to follow the COVID-19 protocol and place the documents on record.
Further, in compliance of the Order dated 08.09.2021 an Interlocutory Application has been filed bearing I.A. No. 2143 of 2021 on behalf of the 'Kalinga Enterprises Private Limited & Anr.' on 27.09.2021, which is taken on record.
Learned Counsel for the Proposed Intervenors are directed to serve Soft Copy of the aforesaid I.A to the Learned Counsel for the Appellant and Respondents on their e-mail address latest by Tuesday i.e. by 05.10.2021.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant is directed to serve Soft Copy of the 'Memo of Appeal' to the Learned Counsel for the Proposed Intervenors on their e-mail address latest by Tuesday i.e. by 05.10.2021.
