Judgment
Learned Counsel for the Appellants and Respondents are present.
From the perusal of the Order dated 23.08.2021, two weeks' time was granted to Learned Counsel for the Appellant to file their Rejoinder. Further, Learned Counsel for the Parties were directed to file Short Notes of Written Submissions.
Today, when the case was called out Learned Counsel for the Appellants submits that they have filed Hard Copy of the Rejoinder, yesterday only. But, as per COVID-19 protocols of this Tribunal all documents which has been filed as a hard copy has to be compulsorily sanitized for 48 hours. Registry is directed to follow the COVID-19 protocols and place the documents on record.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 to 3 submits that they have filed Hard Copy of the Brief Synopsis along with the Judgements on 17.09.2021, which is taken on record.
Learned Counsel for the Appellants is directed to comply the Order dated 23.08.2021 and file Hard Copy of the Written Submission not exceeding three pages along with the relevant case laws, within two weeks from today.
Further, Learned Counsel for the Appellants is directed to serve Soft Copy of the 'Memo of Appeal' to the Learned Counsel Ms. Swaralipi Deb Roy appears on behalf of Respondent Nos.-1 to 3 on their e-mail latest by Tuesday i.e. 05.10.2021. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 to 3 is directed to serve their e-mail address in the chat box during the course of the day.
Learned Counsel Mr. Mohit Gulati appears on behalf of Respondent No. 4 is directed to file Hard Copy of the Reply Affidavit within two weeks from today. Office of the Registry is directed to accept the same.
