Judgment
The Learned Counsel for the Appellant is present.
From the perusal of the order dated 17.03.2020 it appears that the Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1 was directed to file Reply within ten days and Learned Counsel for the Appellant was also directed to file Rejoinder within ten days thereafter.
The Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 has filed Reply, which is taken on record. The Learned Counsel for the Appellant has not filed Rejoinder to the Reply filed by Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1.
The Learned Counsel for the Appellant is directed to file hard copy of Rejoinder within three weeks and also take fresh stapes of notice on Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 through Speed Post as well as email (Both Mode). Requisites along with process fee be filed by 12.11.2021. The Appellant to provide email address of the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are directed to file hard copy of Reply Affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder, if any, may be filed by the Appellant within one week thereafter.
