Judgment
Mr. Narender Singh Negi filed the present application under Sections 14 and 15 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 with the prayer for issuance of orders/directions for cancelling the impugned office memorandum dated 17.08.2021, whereby the Stone crusher was allotted in favour of the respondent no. 6 at Village Banjani Badi, Patti Thlla Dung 1, Tehsil Jakhadikhal, District Pauri Garhwal.
Vide order dated 04.07.2022 and 19.09.2022, the applicant was granted time for taking steps for impleading the Director, Rajaji National Park, Dehradun as respondent no. 7 and for placing on record the photographs and copies of public interest writ petition filed before the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand and orders passed on the same.
